We aim to stay open to service customers who will need to keep there vehicles running during this difficult time such as NHS workers, Care Providers, Delivery Vans and many other Front Line Services and we have many long time customers who are keeping travel to a minimum or are in self isolation, it is still important for these customers that their car is available for use in emergency or if they live alone far away from the nearest supermarket.
Keeping our Customers and our employees safe and healthy is our highest priority and we will be implementing extra precautions to help keep you on the road such as contact free vehicle collection service and mobile fitting.
Steps we are taking
No call out charges during this time to help customers in self isolation
You’ll be invited to receive quotes via email or telephone
Increased cleaning and hygiene
We will be temporarily keeping our waiting area closed to members of the public
We would ask all customers to please wait in your vehicle on arrival and one of our staff will attend you a soon as possible
Our staff will be wearing protective gloves and wash hands between every vehicle job
We are also offering a contact free vehicle collection service (Will require online payment or over the phone)
Mobile services include Puncture Repair, Tyre Replacement, Batteries, and more
We are keeping these measures under constant review and will update this information as the situation develops further.
We consider that tyre distribution, vehicle maintenance and repairs fit within the Government guidelines and fulfill the criteria of essential business that are critical to keeping the road transport network moving.
“Transport: this includes those who will keep the air, water, road and rail passenger and freight transport modes operating during the COVID-19 response, including those working on transport systems through which supply chains pass.”
